What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture and decor?

Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces, we use specialized freight carriers which may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for large furniture items, a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, TT ROW ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also log into your TT ROW account to view real-time updates on your shipment's progress.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Affirm for larger home investments.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
