At TT ROW, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless arrived damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your home goods in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
